About Us

CHESSA BRADY

Background

Chessa holds a Master’s degree in Economics with a concentration in econometrics and statistical applications. Prior to founding Brady Economic Consulting, she has nearly five years supporting class and collective action matters at one of the nation’s leading labor and employment law firms—developing wage and hour exposure models, assisting with expert reports, and collaborating closely with attorneys across high-stakes litigation.

Approach

We aim to work with you to efficiently prepare tailored and thorough exposure analyses using statistical damage modeling and custom approaches as necessary to highlight what story the data is telling.

Mission

To serve as a trusted partner to legal teams by delivering high-quality, jurisdiction-specific economic support that helps navigate complex wage and hour litigation with clarity and confidence.

Methodology

Our approach is tailored to the unique facts and goals of each case, with flexible methods that respond to available data and legal strategy. We remain fully engaged and accessible throughout the process, providing ongoing support for clarification, revisions, and evolving litigation needs.

Our Philosophy

At Brady Economic Consulting, we approach every engagement with a balance of analytical rigor and collaboration—delivering work that is technically sound, strategically useful, and fully tailored to client needs. Our role is to support attorneys with accurate, understandable, and defensible results while remaining adaptable and responsive from intake to resolution.

Our logo features a four-leaf clover, with the fourth leaf symbolizing luck. However, we believe success shouldn't rely on luck. Instead, we use rigorous statistical analysis to help clients make informed, risk-averse decisions—taking the gamble out of business uncertainty.

Our Why

At the heart of Brady Economic Consulting is a deep belief in doing meaningful work with good people—and making that work feel human. We built this firm not just to deliver excellent results, but to create a professional space that’s thoughtful, approachable, and grounded in values we care about: family, trust, and collaboration.

We bring enthusiasm to every case, a spirit of partnership to every client relationship, and a touch of levity to the workday—thanks in part to our two golden retriever “office managers,” who ensure no analysis goes unreviewed (or unimproved by a tail wag).
